Our Process

From Arrival to Payment or Export

Every lot follows the same recorded steps, and you see the results at each one.

    Arrival and Registration

    Your material is logged with your details and given a reference number. It stays under that reference until the process is complete.

  2. 02

    Weighing

    We weigh your material on calibrated scales in front of you and record the gross weight.

  3. 03

    Sampling

    A small, representative sample is taken so the purity of the whole lot can be measured.

  4. 04

    Laboratory Assay

    Our equipment measures the exact precious-metal content and karat of the sample.

  5. 05

    Results and Report

    You receive the weight, purity and pure-metal content. For export lots, we issue a written test report for your buyer.

  6. 06

    Offer and Payment

    If you are selling, we make an offer based on the tested content and the day's market price. You are paid promptly once you accept.

  7. 07

    Export Preparation

    If you are exporting, the lot is sealed, labelled and documented in line with Gambian regulations, then released for shipment.
