1. About These Terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and to the testing, refining, buying and export services provided by Ponix Gold Laboratory in The Gambia. By using the website or our services you agree to them.

2. Prices and Information

Spot prices shown on this website come from an external market data provider and are for reference only. They are not an offer to buy or sell. Prices change constantly and may be delayed.

The price we pay for any material depends on its tested weight and purity and on the market price at the time an offer is made. An offer is only binding once confirmed by us in person or in writing.

3. Testing and Results

We test material using calibrated equipment and recognised methods. Test results describe the sample tested at the time of testing.

Written test reports are issued for the lot identified on the report and may not be altered. Any report can be checked with us using its reference number.

4. Source of Material

You must be the lawful owner of any material you bring to us, or be authorised to act for its owner. We may ask for identification and for information about where material came from, and we may refuse any transaction in line with Gambian law and our responsible-sourcing standards.

5. Exports

Export services are provided in line with Gambian export regulations. You are responsible for any requirements of the destination country and for the terms agreed with your buyer.

6. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. Its content, design and logo belong to Ponix Gold Laboratory and may not be copied without permission.

7. Liability

We take care to keep the information on this website accurate but cannot guarantee it is always complete or up to date. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on website information, including spot prices.
